whenever I try using my wacom, I have this really annoying white circle around it, i've every method i've seen the pen and touch one in the control panel, the one using regedit and the one using wacom tablet properties, I've tried reseting my pc multiple times, and unistalled and reinstalled my drivers over and over again, can anyone help me?
